3. AI Processing Technology Statement

Hividai's products utilize proprietary deep learning models, including convolutional neural network (CNN) architectures and super-resolution generative models (ESRGAN-family), to perform AI-based image enhancement, upscaling, and deblurring operations.

Model Training

Our AI models are trained exclusively on licensed datasets, synthetic data, and publicly available benchmark datasets commonly used in academic computer vision research. No user-uploaded content from our web tools or mobile applications is ever incorporated into any training, fine-tuning, or benchmarking pipeline.

Processing Infrastructure

Media files uploaded by users are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+) to our processing servers. All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within twenty-four (24) hours of upload, regardless of whether the processing operation is completed. Third-Party AI Services

Where Hividai utilizes third-party cloud computing infrastructure for processing, we contractually ensure that such providers do not retain, use, or process user media data for any purpose other than executing the immediate processing task. Users retain full copyright ownership of all images and videos they upload to Hividai's platform. Hividai claims no ownership rights over user-uploaded content.
